Q1: I saw that there are more than 100 sports modes, but I don’t find so many modes in the smart watch, how do I set ?

A: Steps: Open the “Fitcloudpro” APP – “Devices” – “Sports Push”

When you connect to the Fitcloudpro APP you can find the sports mode you need to upload to your watch in “Device” – “Sports Push”. With more than 100 sports modes to choose from, including regular sports, dance, equipment, fighting, ball games, skating, core sports and more, it can meet any of your needs.

You can also view your workout data on your smart watch for men and phone to help you exercise more sensibly.

Q2: Why the watch can’t receive the message notification?

A: Please make sure that the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on, FitCloudPro is turned on and that the smartwatch is always connected to the Bluetooth of your phone !

Attention:

1. Please turn on all notification permissions (WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Phone, SMS) in the FitCloudPro app

2. If the mobile software (whatapp, SMS, facebook ……) is logged in on the computer, the smart watch will not push messages to reduce power consumption and disruption

3. As Android phones automatically clean up unused apps in the background, this will cause the watch connection to be interrupted and no more messages will be pushed. (Please keep the background software always online)

*If the notifications are still not displayed, try resetting the watch, or reinstalling the app.

Q3: I don’t want the phone sounds to come out of my smart watch, please help me!

A: Swipe down on the watch screen, find the call icon and tap it, close the “Media audio” button
