What kind of SIM card should I use for cameras that work without WiFi?
This cellular camera comes with an EIOTCLUB SIM card that includes 300MB of trial cellular data with limited date. You can also use your own SIM card, but we recommend using the included SIM card which provides a stable and fluent network quality.
Can I use this 4G cellular camera in other countries and connect to WiFi?
The security camera could be used in the North American areas (US, Mexico, Canada). Other countries are incompatible. If you want to use it in Canada or Mexico, you need to insert a local SIM card. The camera doesn’t support connecting to WiFi.
How to save motion-related videos recorded by this PTZ outdoor camera?
All videos would be auto-saved on the UBox APP. The wireless camera has a free 30-day trial cloud storage to playback and download cloud videos. It also supports up to 128GB SD Card local storage. (SD Card Not Included)
Does the solar panel be mounted above the camera or be mounted separately?
Cameras for home security outside support both of them. The all-in-one installation makes it easy to install and avoids drilling more holes. You could also install the solar panel far away from the camera to get the best sunshine.
Can I share home security cameras with family members who live in other states?
Sure! Our outdoor security camera allows you to share footage with your family members, whether they’re at home or abroad.
